Q. What is Interact?
A. Interact is the youth version of the Rotary International service club. We believe in the “Service before Self” motto of Rotary and uphold the virtues to the best of our abilities. Some of the key components of the Interact Club is to teach youths leadership skills, and how to help others in their community. As representatives of Dr. Phillips high, our members are “Never less than the Best.”
Q. Is it still late to join Interact?
A. It is never too late to join the Interact club. (Shirts will not however be distributed to late sign ups)

Q. Where will new information be presented?
A. At the meetings and on this website.
Q. How will Interact benefit me?
A. Interact provides a chance to help with community service projects. At our club we always give back to the community and have fun doing it. You can also earn community service hours for Bright Futures, National Honor Society, and various clubs and honor societies around our campus by volunteering.
Q. How do I sign-up for community service?
A. At the meetings we will have sign-up sheets where you will write your contact information for the desired event. If you cannot make the meetings check THIS website for the latest information. Remember that the (2) fall and (2) spring meetings are part of the requirement this year to retain membership for the next school year.
Q. What is ADDitions?
A. In order to volunteer at local schools, you must become a member of ADDitions. Go to the ADDitions page to find a link to the OCPS ADDitions school volunteer website. Fill out the application and you will be able to volunteer at these schools.
In addition events are on a first come first serve basis, so sign up as fast as you can.
